Funny how convenience finally caught up with me and brought me back to the basics. With the economy being the way its been, I have been trying like crazy to do more for my family for less. Convenience ended up being thrown completely out the window, but for the better I think. In making some of these lifestyle changes I really began to think about how inconvenient, costly and unhealthy convenience can really be.
The unspoken side effect from taking your daily morning conveniency pill is decreased self sufficiency and over reliance on companies to produce everything you consume.
